Orders will ship out within 1 to 4 business days. We will reach out ASAP if something unexpected happens with our shipping timeline. All delivery times are estimates. No returns.

Please note that we will not be able to help locate your order or reimburse you for lost or damaged shipment should you choose a shipping option without tracking.

Cancellation
Notify us ASAP (within 2-3 hours of purchase) at info@onemag.us if you wish to cancel your order. All orders can be cancelled prior to fulfilment & shipment. Once your order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. No returns.
