Started in the Spring of 2019, Signe launched Moon Tekstil, the first of its kind ethical – and socially responsible manufacturing facility in Turkey built on European principles of production in her home country of Denmark.

Not only are all of the garments crafted from local organic cotton and natural fibers, hand dyed and packaged in recyclable material, but the facility is a first in the area of Izmir for it’s above average labor rights. Workers are given a clean, happy place to work with transportation, lunch, large windows, Saturdays off and fair wages.  A little over a year later. the Atelier has peaked interest in several other European Brands who have moved their production to MOON and sought after Signe for her advice on sustainable production. Signe is one of many brands we love who is changing the world of fashion.
